2011 Halloween Parade
On Saturday, October 29, 2011, Renegade Farm held is Annual Halloween Parade followed by refreshments for the participants. All entires in the parade had to be lesson students or keep their horses at Renegade Farm and the horse had to be costume as well. The entrants were very creative as we had "Big Bird" AKA Ryan with Gina F & Katie V; "The Hippies" AKA Autumn with Kathy Fand her daughter, granddaughter & friend; "The Chef" AKA Lady Hawk with Kate & Megan H & Deb R; "The Hot Dog" AKA Taffy with Nick P, Kelly & Renee B ; "The Clown" AKA Sugar with Hanna F, Tabatha W & Alicia C and "Secretariat" AKA Molly with Heather . Nina G handmade donated 3 saddle pads that were raffled off to 3 lucky winners and each person in the parade choose from an array of stuffed animals, puzzles & bracelets. Refreshements of pizza, cookies and candy were served afterwards. Photos are below:

On Sunday Aug 14, 2011 Renegade Farm held an Open Schooling Horse Show. The weather was great with the rain holding off until after the show. There was a raffle of many items including a saddle pad and bit warmer, a movie basket, 2 blanket throws with different designs, gift certificates from local merchants and other various items. The refreshment stand had a variety of items, courtesy of the Carafellas. The youongest rider was Hunter McGregor aboard Taffy winning the Blue Ribbon in the Leadline Class. Many thanks to all who volunteered their time and efforts for the show.
